Select All/None link appears even when not enabled

Problem/Motivation

When using the links plugin, an "Any" link appears by default unless you enable multiple selections and then dont check the "Add select all/none links".

By default I think there should be no link that appears.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have view with an exposed filter.
2. Add an exposed filter that is compatible with the links plugin, but do not check the "allow multiples" box.
3. In the filter config, change the filter plugin for step 2 to "links".
4. Go to the display of the view.
5. There is a link at the top of the link list labeled "- Any -", despite the fact that the box for Add Select All/None links was not checked.

Proposed resolution

By default, do not have the "Any" link display. Only display it if the user checks the box for Add Select All/None.
