Improve flexibility of external object builds

Allow Pinto Layout to also use object constructors, not just a static method, to build new objects automatically.

This already works with the non-external methods.

Also add `FrozenLayoutDefinition` and `LayoutData` as argument resolved parameters for factories, so in case a factory method is reused between objects, it can optionally receive context.
