Deprecate AI translate in the current stable branch

Problem/Motivation

Before AI gets removed in 2.0.x ( ✨ Move out AI Translate Active ), it should be marked as deprecated in the current stable branch (1.2.x before opening of 1.3.0)

Remaining tasks

  • Need a stable release (1.3.0?) of ai_translate module
