Add support for a recipe redirecting on install

Problem/Motivation

In some cases, it is beneficial for a recipe to redirect the user on apply. Example: a recipe that provides Mailchimp integration that requires submitting an authentication form. Currently on apply, 'Authenticate Mailchimp' is offered as an extra. If this is only recipe being applied, it would be great to redirect the user to that page as well.

Proposed resolution

  1. Add a redirect option for recipes
  2. If only one recipe is being applied, redirect the user (if more than one is being applied, obviously we can't do the redirect, but the extras should be used as a fallback)
