Linkit Dialog list has no background color (in Layout Builder)

Problem/motivation

As described in 🐛 Linkit Dialog list has no background color Postponed: needs info , the prior fix for Linkit popup transparency worked for CKEditor outside of Layout Builder but still fails in LB. The followup was posted on a closed issue, so I'm opening here for resolution.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Install Linkit v7.0.9
2. Enable layout builder
3. Try creating a page which has layout builder components with ckeditor
4. Use linkit and the suggestions would overflow
