Minor button fixes

Problem/Motivation

Couple of small things on the button component:

1. Using the hero billboard, there is padding on the button that moves it out of alignment with the content. In the hero billboard we should override the left padding to none.
2. Using the secondary accent style, the text is the same colour as the background.
