Contributing/setup instructions are broken

Overview

The CONTRIBUTING.md file contains instructions for setting up a development environment using DDEV. The instructions rely on a package drupal-xb/ddev-drupal-xb-dev, but references and links to that package were changed to drupal-canvas/ddev-drupal-canvas-dev in 📌 Replace Experience Builder name everywhere Active . The drupal-xb/ddev-drupal-xb-dev package itself was never updated, nor were the commands it provides.

Proposed resolution

Ideally, the drupal-xb/ddev-drupal-xb-dev package wouldn't be required to (easily) setup a dev environment. For now, we need to either rename the package and it's commands, or revert the changes to CONTRIBUTING.md.
