Update to work with native variants in d11.2

Problem/Motivation

In drupal 11.2 native support for variants were introduced.
https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3390712 ✨ Introduce component variants to SDC Active

it would be nice if this was available to be used when working with SDC_Display.

Proposed resolution

Add field to user interface to map & change variants that are set in a similar way to the recommended way by drupal.
