Problem/Motivation

The Office Hours module/field does not export cleaning in rest_views.

Steps to reproduce

Create a ReST
Add an Office Hours field

Proposed resolution

Add a field formatter for Office Hours.

At first I thought this should be submitted to the office hours project. I then thought the field formatter is only useful if the rest_views module is installed. And, if users have rest_views installed but not office_hours the formatter will not be seen.
