Integrate the Summary area directly into the exposed form

Problem/Motivation

Now the Views Exposed Filters Summary can be inserted only as a Views Area into the Views Header (or Footer) section.

But actually, the summary elements are logically related to the exposed form itself, not to the view results. And they interact with the exposed form elements, so they are technically related too.

And in most cases, they should be shown as part of the exposed form, not as a separate header.

For example, if we display the exposed form as a separate block, it's pretty hard to move the Filters Summary into the Exposed Form block.

Therefore, it would be great to devise a way to integrate them directly into the exposed form, if possible.
