Problem/Motivation

In Drupal 11, annotation classes have been replaced with attribute classes.

Proposed resolution

  • Convert the UserRestrictionType class in an attribute class
  • Change the src/Plugin/UserRestrictionType/ClientIp.php, src/Plugin/UserRestrictionType/Email.php, and src/Plugin/UserRestrictionType/Name.php files to use the attribute class
