All container injection instantiation should use DI in function calling

Overview

Currently there are function calls like CreateComponent.php that loads the parent object via class instantiation. This should be done via dependency injection instead.

Proposed resolution

Change all function calls that are using ContextDefinitionNormalizer to use the service "ai.context_definition_normalizer" instead.
