Issue: Grid Container has two critical problems:
Column layouts other than 'None' or '100' override container width settings and force full width.
Insufficient vertical spacing controls require workaround empty containers for section separation.
Recommendations:
Fix bug: If column Layouts are not set to 100, still respect the Container Width property
Add new Top Spacing, and Bottom Spacing fields. Allow Large values (128px, 64px, … and whatever is appropriate for the spacing units in the design system)
Include anchor field (See Add Anchor Tags to Headings Blocks, and Layout Blocks)
Also rename to just 'Container'
