Seeing "1 new" on /user/#/track after own issue comment

Problem/Motivation

Recently, on the "Posts by user_name" page (for example https://www.drupal.org/user/1/track → ), issues where I make a comment are marked with "1 new", even though it's just my own comment ...

Steps to reproduce

1. Leave a comment in an issue
2. Visit your own "Posts by user_name" page, see "1 new" and think there has been new activity
3. Visit the issue and see only your own comment you just made

Proposed resolution

Only show "1 new" if someone else made a change in the issue.
