Unable to add credit to Contribution Record as a maintainer

Problem/Motivation

I recently committed a patch from another contributor to the Classy paragraphs module → .

When I tried to give credit to the contributor via the [Contribution record page], I received a message saying that I am not a "maintainer of the module", see attached screenshot.

However, I am listed as a maintainer of this module, so I should have permission to add credit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Commit a patch from another contributor to a module you maintain.
2. Go to the corresponding Contribution record page.
3. Try to add credit.
4. Receive the error: "You need to be a maintainer of the module to make changes."

Expected behavior

As a listed maintainer of the module, I should be able to add credit to the contributor.
