Optionally add string after meta tags are trimmed

Problem/Motivation

It would be useful to add an ellipsis, or other character, at the end of meta tags when the string is truncated.

Proposed resolution

Add a setting to optionally add a character (or string) at the end of meta tags that are trimmed.

Provide a patch.
Add test coverage.
