Stable Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 release

Problem/Motivation

This module deals with redacting content (which I presume is sensitive). For that reason, I think it's important to have a secure, stable release of this module - 1.0.0 which will have security team coverage.

Proposed resolution

Figure out what needs to be done to make this module stable, then release a 1.0.0 version.

Remaining tasks

1. Upgrade module to work with Drupal 10 and 11.
2. Release a stable version.

To do this, we might need to get a new maintainer for the module who can make releases.
