Move Layout builder support to external module

Problem/Motivation

The current Layout builder support should be in a sub or external module to allow a better maintainability of display_builder_entity_view.

Proposed resolution

Candidates to evaluate:

  • LayoutBuilderEntityViewDisplay
  • LayoutBuilderEntityViewDisplayForm
  • BuilderDataConverter
  • #[Hook('entity_type_alter', order: new OrderAfter(['layout_builder']))]
