Replace State as StateInterface in GenerateMetatag class

Problem/Motivation

"metatag_ai.generator": argument "$state" of method "Drupal\metatag_ai\Plugin\GenerateMetatag::__construct()" references class "Drupal\Core\State\State" but no such service exists. Try changing the type-hint to "Drup
al\Core\State\StateInterface" instead.
