Problem/Motivation

There are places that we let users switch displays. If a different sort is select the entire page refreshes and the display is reverted.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create a service that stores these changes so the page shows which report was last shown.

This is limited to changing to a different report, not the same report in a different format.
