Allow individual image style setup for Focal Point

Problem/Motivation


Currently, the Focal Point module does not allow configuring focal point behavior for individual image styles.
All focal point configurations are applied globally.
This is limiting when different image styles (e.g., banner, thumbnail, mobile crop) need different focal point settings.

Example scenario:

  • A site has banner_crop, thumbnail_crop, and mobile_crop styles.
  • Each requires a different crop/focal handling.
  • Currently, editors cannot configure them separately.


Steps to reproduce

  • Enable Focal Point.
  • Create multiple image styles with focal point-based effects.
  • Add an image field using Focal Point widget.

Try to set focal point per image style — not possible (only global settings exist).
