Pagedesigner Content publication not reflected in node's "changed" field

Problem/Motivation

When content is edited in the pagedesigner and then published, it is properly published to live, but the changed (updated, edited) date is not updated.

Steps to reproduce

Edit content in pagedesigner
Publish via pagedesiger
Check changed date of page (on /node/NID/edit or /admin/content)

Proposed resolution

Force an update of the node's changed date on publish / unpublish in the pagedesigner.service.statechanger service.
