Add "cloned." in front of mail for User entity type. Set user status "blocked" as default value

Problem/Motivation

The checkbox "Save cloned @entity_type as published" does not take effect when trying to clone the User entity type.
Also, the mail value is being set the same value from the entity being cloned.

Steps to reproduce

Go to "People" view -> Click "Clone" on the user's profile -> Leave the "Save cloned User as published" unchecked.
