Remove non-numeric characters from prices

Problem/Motivation

The module already removes spaces form prices before importing them. However it fails if a price contains other non-numeric characters, like comma, currency sign etc.

Proposed resolution

Add option to remove all non-numeric characters from the prices except for decimal delimiter.
