Initialization of the OpenAgendaSDK doesn't pass any proxy information from Drupal.
So OpenAgenda requests fail when run behind a proxy.
Use OpenAgenda module on a server behind a proxy.
Pass the http_client_config settings to the OpenAgendaSDK constructor.
