Save additional translate content form values in the job entity

Problem/Motivation

The content translation overview is a form that creates a job per selected language. However, only the 'languages' value is used for creating jobs, all other form values are ignored.

Proposed resolution

When the form is altered to provide additional values, save the additional values in the Job entity.
