"Invalid DateTime" displayed for non-realtime saved comments

Problem/Motivation

When adding a comment, the (non-realtime collaboration) comment appears immediately with the current date and time:

After saving the Node, and returning to the edit form, instead of the date and time, the comment shows with "Invalid DateTime" instead of the date and time that previously showed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to a Node (or other entity) with CKEditor5 non-realtime collaboration comments enabled.
  2. Select text (or insert text) into CKEditor, add a comment to the selected text. Note the date and time shows.
  3. Save the Node (or other entity).
  4. Return to the same edit form, and note the comment now shows with the text "Invalid DateTime" in place of the previously seen date and time.
