Offering to co-maintain Views XML Backend

Problem/Motivation

The module has a range of open issues that need review and merging.

But it appears most of the current maintainers aren't as active.

Proposed resolution

Requesting to add myself as a co-maintainer to help with the issue queue and module releases.
