Handle language deletion generically for any entity type

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Create a new NodeRepository for the code from Drupal\node\NodeStorage Active we wanted to deprecate NodeStorage::clearRevisionsLanguage which is used by NodeEntityHooks::configurableLanguageDelete (hook_configurable_language_delete) for updating node tables when a language is deleted.

This should be done generically for any entity type and moved to the base storage for an entity type (SqlContentEntityStorage?)
