Remove dependency on Olivero in drupal_cms_image

Problem/Motivation

I was surprised to see Olivero was installed when testing the site template. It seems this is a dependency of the drupal_cms_image module.

I realise this is a can of worms and I'm not sure how we want to hande image styles in 2.x, but we definitely don't want to install Olivero as part of that plan.
