Facet limit is hard-wired to 10 when it is set to unlimited

Problem/Motivation

The module does not respect that 0 means unlimited options for a given facet.

Steps to reproduce

Create an unlimited facet on a field with more than 10 values in it. Index the data. Check the search page - facet dropdown. It only has maximum 10 values.

Proposed resolution

Increase default value, respect unlimited config.
