When I create a Relationship between a Person and an Organization that has no phone number, email, or address information, the relationship has a made up phone number, email, and address information

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

1) I created a TestPerson1 Person contact with no phone number, email, or address information
2) I created a TestOrganization1 Organization with no phone number, email, or address information
3) I created an Employment relationship between the two
4) I went to the TestPerson1 page, clicked on the relationship tab, and saw a bunch of info I did not enter (see attached screenshot)
5) I wen to the TestOrganization1 page, clicked on the relationship tab, and saw the same random info I did not enter

Proposed resolution

Default values should either be empty or something like Unknown.
