Overview

The testing image is currently using v24
the root package.json doesn't specific an engine https://git.drupalcode.org/project/experience_builder/-/blob/1.x/package...
the ui package specifies v20 https://git.drupalcode.org/project/experience_builder/-/blob/1.x/ui/pack...

Proposed resolution

Remove the engine field from the ui workspace, or upgrade it to v24
