Limited UI benefit in current FlowDrop editor

Despite having a working modeler in FlowDrop UI, most user interaction still occurs in Drupal's traditional Edit forms. This suggests that the UI is not yet delivering a significant workflow-centric authoring experience.

Questions:

• What functionality must be exposed in the canvas to shift editing activity away from the form?
• Can we support context-aware editing inline, or defer to a configuration side panel?
