Local Video does not inherit border radius

Problem/Motivation

When adding a local video and using the "frame" banner style, the video should inherit the "--wsBorderRadius" styles as defined on the page.

Steps to reproduce

  • Add a local video to a Banner
  • Set the banner to "frame" style
  • Ensure border radius on the page is not set to "0 pixels"

Proposed resolution

Set "--wsBorderRadius" correctly on the video element.
