Make help translatable

Hook menu_breadcrumb_help() returns static text that is not and cannot be translated.

Use any other language than English
Go to /admin/config/user-interface/menu_breadcrumb and see

Select the first option ...
Go to /admin/help/menu_breadcrumb and see

Menu Breadcrumb: Generate breadcrumbs based on menu position/titles.

Run paragraphs through t().
