It may be easier or more effective for AI to deal with code components vs SDCs.

Create a small number of CivicTheme code components

Remaining tasks

• Identify short list of components (see SDC issue → )
• Decide where the code should live, e.g. https://github.com/civictheme/civictheme_xb_preview
• If new codebase, set it up and add info here
• Create PRs with code components
• Review, test and merge
