Maybe filter by only entries that were created by Tagify? Not sure if it could hurt to delete everything.

As a follow-up for 🐛 Stop storing the entity object in the entity reference selection settings Active , I think we should add an update hook to clean the key_value table from all the entity_autocomplate entries.
Add post_update hook to remove all entries from the entity_autocomplate collection in the key_value table.
