Problem/Motivation

Drush throws an error when enabling the Monitoring Prometheus submodule.

Steps to reproduce

% ./vendor/bin/drush en monitoring_prometheus

In RouteProvider.php line 214:

  Route "monitoring_prometheus.settings" does not exist.

Proposed resolution

Remove configure: monitoring_prometheus.settings line from monitoring_prometheus.info.yml
