Create Drupal AI funding calculator

Problem/Motivation

We need to have an easy way to know how much cash and how many contributors and FTEs we have, so we are using the right numbers when creating blog posts, slides, etc.

Proposed resolution

Create a simple funding calculator that shows total cash, total people, and total FTEs for all sponsors and has the same information for each round of funding (round 1, round 2, etc)
