Incorrect Library path for JavaScript Library

Problem/Motivation

When Installing the ApexCharts library via packagist the path in the Drupal Libraries yaml file is incorrect and will not load the JS library.

Steps to reproduce

Using composer require Drupal charts_apexcharts and npm-asset/apexcharts.
Enable module and see that Status Report shows the library is found.
Disable CDN for charts.
Enable Charts API Example
Configure Charts to use Apex as the library
Test example page

Proposed resolution

Update the Libraries Yaml to include the dist folder path
