Use font-face to bring in fonts

lanny heidbreder → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

The current state of the issue fork has self-hosted fonts working in both Storybook and Drupal, but I'm waiting on 3538079 📌 Build Storybook statically and push it to GitLab Pages Active to be done and merged before I make an MR, because it may affect Storybook and will almost certainly have merge conflicts with my branch.
