Compatibility with ImageMagick 7

Problem/Motivation

Latest version of background_image gives PHP errors when using imagemagick7

Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "imagemagick.exec_manager". in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->get() (line 159 of /app/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php).

I'm not entirely sure on where to start looking for this, I'm flagging it in case the community has any pointers.
