"General" plugin

Naming that plugin "General" is misleading.

We need to name it "Site info" or something similar (we can discuss) and expose more information (also can be discussed) rather than just site title at the moment.

Plugin Id is general whereas as title is General MCP and this plugin generally returns the site information.
New plugin name suggestion

@ankitv18 I like "SiteInformation", but I don't have a clear idea of what to expose so that it doesn't become a security issue while still being a little bit more helpful. 😅
