- 🇺🇸United States drumm NY, USTables, code blocks, and embedded images are all allowed in the standard filtered HTML text format. Project pages and documentation should never be full HTML, since co-maintainers without access would not be able to edit their own project pages, and would remove the community editing of documentation. Full HTML is used very sparingly since it allows creating security and privacy issues. It is rarely granted, since it is rarely necessary and comes with many downsides.
- 🇨🇦Canada xmacinfo CanadaIf I understand correctly, visiting the webform project page is a security risk? There are multiple maintainers for that project.
- 🇺🇸United States drumm NY, USThe webform project page uses filtered HTML. As far as I know, it has never used full HTML. The security risk would be that someone with full HTML access, or someone using their compromised account, posts a malicious <script>tag or other exploit, whether from social engineering, or without their knowledge as a step in a larger combined exploit.
- 🇨🇦Canada xmacinfo CanadaOK. I will check how to replicate the Webform project page display. I was not able to replicate their colored block of text.
