Optionally disable logout confirmation

OpenID Connect v3-dev recently introduced new functionality that shows a logout confirmation screen. Some people may like it, but it disturbs the current flow we have in the Belgian government sites.

So I would like to optionally disable it as a general OpenID connect setting.

Patch attached on v3-dev. Any other way to disable the confirmation screen is ok for me.

New patch to make the logout confirmation dialog work in all circumstances. This patch on is on the dev-3x patch with MR 167 applied.

To the maintainers: it took a while to get everything working as it should, be careful to include all "moving" parts.

I would like to get it in the baseline, and I guess I'm not going to be the only one.
