Add option to show / hide the more link

Problem/Motivation

When using the viewsreference field and its pager options, it comes to situations where the more-link display needs to be overridden in the viewsreference field settings.

For example if you embed a view to show only the last 3 results of a view and you want the more link to show and on another page you show all the results (from the same view) - you
