Change documentation links in varbase development formbit and remove leftover no longer needed files

Problem/Motivation

Changes after started a new 10.1.x branch for documentation in Gitbook, the branch was sat as the default landing for Varbase Docs

Proposed resolution

  • Replace links in #prefix of varbase_development_build_formbit() as per the git diff.
  • Delete themes/varbase_installer_theme/varbase_installer_theme.yml from the repository.
