Further improve config schema

Problem/Motivation

With help from @michaellander we now found a way to derive the config schema from the original tamper plugins without having to copy&paste their schema definition. The latter would even miss out on tamper plugins that get provided by other sources than the tamper module.

Proposed resolution

Implement that new magic.
