Email handler conditional logic groupings and and/or operators

Problem/Motivation

I am working on using conditional logic in the email handlers, and there does not appear to be a way to group conditions with and/or operators. I'm surprised that I could not find an issue about this, but I do need this for a current project.

I'm happy to help with this any way I can (and am also contributing to the module via Agaric). Any support here would be much appreciated.

Proposed resolution

Add conditional grouping and and/or operators as part of the email handler conditional logic settings

    Hmm while this would be nice, I think the available logic should actually be enough, just with different logic. I will report back after another attempt.

    You can enter and/or grouped #states API conditions via the 'Edit source' mode. I am doubtful that we will rework the UI to support grouped #states API conditions.
